Quincy Family Medicine Application Procedure
For the NRMP or AOA match:
- Complete an ERAS application (application forms may be requested via the e-mail or by writing the address below).
- Request a Dean's letter, medical school transcript and a personal statement to be forwarded to us.
- Send two or more letters of recommendation from faculty supporting your application.
- A personal interview is required. Call to request a specific date. Inquiries can be directed to:

Information for International Medical Graduates
In order to maintain a strong residency group we do have some requirements. We require one year of United States clinical training. We have established minimum performance on the USMLE one and two examinations of 80. We do not sponsor H-1B visas. Applicants must have graduated within the last four years from medical school.
