Rotation Mechanics ...
  • Contact attending the week before to arrange meeting time for first day of rotation.
  • Discuss with attending your goals for the rotation.
  • During the rotation, you will follow your attending in the outpatient setting (i.e.: office), and have first contact with new gynecology consults. You will have the opportunity to perform procedures, such as EMB, colposcopy, EUA, vulva Bx, IUD placement. You may assist/observe in the OR and follow any gynecology inpatients the attending may have.
