Dr. Debra Phillips joined the Quincy staff as Associate Director in August 1983. Currently, she is a full Professor with a special interest in rural health. She is very active in the National Rural Health Association. She is the medical director of the East Adams Rural Health Clinic in Golden, Illinois. Other areas of special interest include: geriatrics and medical informatics.
