ACCESSING LAB REPORTS
To access lab reports on weekends or after hours, please follow the steps:
TO CHECK FOR A SINGLE PATIENT
1. Double click on Fletcher Flora Labpak II icon found on the Desktop.
2. Type in DR on the Tech line. Leave password blank. Press F10 to accept.
3. On the top bar, click on MENU.
4. On the Red Bar, click on PATIENT.
5. Choose PATIENT INQUIRY for a single date or CUMULATIVE INQUIRY for a cumulative report.
6. Type in patient's last name and press Enter. A display of all patients with this last name will appear.
7. Click on the desired patient and press Enter.
8. Choose the desired date and press Enter.
9. To print report, press F3.
TO CHECK FOR MULTIPLE PATIENTS
Follow Steps 1 through 9; then:
10. Click on TOOLS
11. Press F9 - This will bring you to Step 6
12. Proceed as with single patient
TO EXIT PROGRAM
I. Click on TOOLS
II. Press F4
III. It will ask if you wish to exit the program. Click YES.
